Today, we will show you how to make matcha tea in the traditional Japanese way. đ”
Accessories & Ingredients:Â
- a Bamboo Whisk
- a Matcha Scoop
- a Fine Sifter
- a Matcha Bowl
- 1-2 scoops Premium Ceremonial Grade Matcha (1 scoopâ1/2 tsp)

Instructions:
- Soak your bamboo whisk with some hot water in your matcha bowl for 10 seconds. It softens the whisk prongs also warms up your bowl.
- Remove the hot water and dry your bowl.
- Add 1-2 scoops (1-2g) of premium matcha on your fine sifter.
- Sift it in your bowl. It helps to remove any clumps that may have formed and ensure your matcha a smooth end result.
- Pour 70ml hot water in your bowl. Please make sure it's not boiling water as it can affect the matcha flavour. 80°C is an ideal temperature.
- Use your bamboo whisk in an 'M' or 'W' motion , until a dense foam covers your matcha.
- Drink it immediately and ENJOY!Â
