At heymatcha.com.au, our mission is to make our customers feel great and spread matcha culture in Australia. We will do everything we can to help ensure that you are 100% satisfied. So, if you have any questions, please contact us hello@heymatcha.com.au
If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, we will fully refund your product price. Our refund and return policy lasts for up to 30 days from your purchase date. Once items arrive back to us, we will immediately process the refund or exchange procedure for the original cost of the item. To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the condition that you received them. Send us an email hello@heymatcha.com.au and include your order email and the reason you would like to return your order. Address details for the return will be sent to you after confirmation. Customers will have to cover the costs of the return shipping, unless it was for quality reasons or wrong items sent.
Refunds are made at the discretion of heymatcha.
